Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity and quality. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and custodial areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels. Address guest requests or complaints promptly with professionalism and a focus on guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or janitorial services within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry operations, custodial practices, and commercial cleaning standards. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings preferred; familiarity with housekeeper management systems is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks required for cleaning duties.
