The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our Louisville, KY location. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to uphold company standards. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report needs and manage ordering. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experience. Prepare reports on housekeeping status and productivity. Requirements Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
