This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced hotel environment. What You'll Do Supervise and support the housekeeping team throughout each shift. Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas. Assign daily work and ensure rooms are completed on time. Train new employees on hotel standards and cleaning procedures. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed. Coordinate with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping concerns professionally. Monitor inventory levels of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards. Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll verification. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Weekend and holiday availability required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Preferred Skills Hotel housekeeping experience. Knowledge of room inspection standards. Experience training and coaching employees. Familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plus.
