In this pivotal role, you will oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our standards of hospitality excellence are consistently met, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team, implement efficient cleaning protocols, and elevate the overall guest experience through exceptional housekeeping management. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all hotel areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service while maintaining safety protocols. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality control procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely processing of linens, uniforms, and guest clothing with attention to detail. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain seamless operations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or event setups requiring housekeeping support. Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial procedures. Experience in laundry operations and custodial management is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of hotel industry standards for cleanliness, safety regulations, and hospitality best practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; able to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is preferred; certification in hospitality management is a plus.
