Are you an experienced housekeeper who enjoys managing a team while maintaining the highest level of cleanliness? We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our Bed and Breakfast property in New Orleans. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers to ensure that all public areas exceed customer expectations. You will also be responsible for the hiring, retention, supervision, and training of hourly employees. To be successful in this role, you must have previous hotel experience, be a team player, and have excellent customer service skills. You should also have knowledge of floor care, including marble, brass, and glass cleaning, and be proactive in ensuring that the property always shines. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career opportunity and will be an asset to our team. Our ideal candidate will also be able to work weekends and holidays and act as a role model to other employees. If you have a high school education or GED, at least three years of supervisory experience in public area, housekeeping, or cleaning, and are proficient in e-mail and MS-Word, we encourage you to apply.
