Evening Housekeeping Manager - Hilton Boston Park Plaza

Hilton Boston Park Plaza is searching for a dedicated Evening Housekeeping Floor Manager to help lead their Housekeeping team! This position will report to the Director of Housekeeping Services and will oversee approx.. 150 hourly Team Members. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and passionate leader who enjoys being a team player, has prior union experience in a hotel environment, has a passion for implementing policies and procedures, and has 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role (required).

Shift Pattern:

Full-Time/ Full availability is required over PM shifts, starting as early as 2:30PM and ending as late as 11:30PM, including weekends and holidays

Pay Range:

$70,000

• Available benefits may vary depending upon property-specific terms and conditions of employment What will l be doing?
• Allocate work duties to Team Members
• Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects
• Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
• Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment
• Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
• Ensure the adherence to hotel brand standards at all times What are we looking for?
