Job Description

Banner Environmental Services is a New England-based company specializing in environmental services, including asbestos abatement, mold remediation, interior demolition, water damage restoration, and more. With a team certified by WBE and DCAMM, Banner provides expert solutions for both routine maintenance and emergency situations, ensuring safety and compliance across a variety of projects.
Job Summary:
The candidate is an individual contributor responsible for driving company growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities (new logos), building strong client relationships, and managing the sales and estimating team. This role requires strategic thinking, a proactive approach, and collaboration with field sales, estimators and operations teams to ensure seamless project management. Additionally, the manager will maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify new logos through research, networking, and outreach, building a robust pipeline of potential clients across various industries. •
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that drive business growth. •
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the executive team to create, implement, and refine sales strategies aimed at achieving company revenue goals. •
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead contract negotiations and secure new business deals, ensuring they align with company objectives while delivering value to clients. •
Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic changes. •
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful completion and budget. . Manage a team of sales and estimators.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related professional experience. •
Industry Experience:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, within the construction or environmental services industries. Experience in asbestos abatement is highly desirable. •
Skills:
Project management and estimation experience required. •
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
