  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality cleaning services, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve excellence in all aspects of housekeeping management, from routine cleaning to laundry and custodial duties. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and back-of-house spaces, implementing quality control measures Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality service that enhances the guest experience Requirements Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotels or similar hospitality settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and janitorial supplies Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Experience with hotel housekeeping operations, including guest room maintenance and public area upkeep Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests alike Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or holidays as needed Join us in creating a spotless environment that delights our guests!
