Hotel Housekeeping Manager

The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation:

$15 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities:

Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Oversee inventory and supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budget guidelines. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome applicants at all levels. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
