Housekeeping Supervisor

Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry products, and janitorial equipment Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely processing of linens and uniforms with attention to quality Enforce health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment Lead by example in performing cleaning tasks when necessary, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism Experience Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality environments Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and janitorial work Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and motivate staff toward shared goals Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, hospitality standards, and guest service excellence Experience with custodial procedures, safety regulations, and quality control processes Leadership qualities including communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to changing priorities Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership transforms spaces into pristine environments that guests love!
