Job Summary The new Hilton DoubleTree located in Downtown Salisbury is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort and 100% guest satisfaction at our new Hilton property. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellent service delivery Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control procedures to optimize operational efficiency Oversee laundry operations, including linen management and guest clothing services, ensuring timely and accurate processing Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment while controlling costs effectively Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep cleans during low occupancy periods Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and janitorial best practices Experience in laundry operations and linen management is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service principles Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed Bi-lingual is a plus for this position.
