Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks are completed to company standards. Develop and implement cleaning protocols, schedules, and quality control measures to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas. Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly. Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Foster a positive work environment through leadership, motivation, and recognition of team achievements. Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and commercial cleaning equipment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to train staff on safety procedures and proper cleaning protocols. Knowledge of industry best practices for custodial services and hospitality management.
