Night Supervisor

We are a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company expanding our footprint across West Michigan. We are seeking a motivated, experienced Nightly Janitorial Supervisor to oversee our operations and lead our dedicated team. This is a full-time, salaried leadership position. You will oversee quality control across various commercial accounts during the night shift. Your primary role is ensuring our high standards are met, auditing completed work, managing inventory, and covering cleaning shifts during occasional team call-ins. •

Quality Assurance:

Inspect accounts nightly to ensure sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal meet company standards. •

Team Leadership:

Supervise, motivate, and manage nightly cleaning crews across multiple locations. •

Operational Support:

Cover open cleaning shifts seamlessly during occasional employee call-ins. •

Facilities Management:

Clean windows, sanitize high-traffic common areas, and replenish restroom supplies as needed. •

Reporting:

Document and report facility maintenance or repair issues to Operations Manager. Job Requirements •

Experience:

3 years of commercial cleaning or custodial experience preferred. •

Leadership:

Proven background in housekeeping management, team supervision, or employee scheduling. •

Skills:

Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and inventory management. •

Attributes:

Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work independently. •

Logistics:

Reliable transportation to travel between various local account sites nightly.

From $40,000.00 per year
