Housekeeping Inspector

Job Summary At I Find Staffing , our Housekeeping Inspector position is for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and ready for guests. This role plays an important part in supporting the housekeeping team and making sure each room meets the proper standards before it is used.

Responsibilities include:

Inspecting guest rooms to make sure they are clean, neat, and fully prepared Checking for damages, missing items, or anything that needs attention Reporting room issues to the proper team members or supervisors Helping housekeeping staff stay on schedule and maintain quality throughout the day Making sure guests are welcomed into a clean and comfortable space This position is a good fit for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and understands the importance of consistency, teamwork, and care in hospitality. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hospitality or hotel environment. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify cleanliness issues quickly. Effective communication skills for providing constructive feedback and training. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and quality assurance processes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
