Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where your leadership and attention to detail will elevate guest experiences and maintain impeccable standards across our property. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness and safety, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service. Your expertise in cleaning, floor care, and custodial management will be vital in creating a welcoming environment that guests love to return to. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards Lead and motivate housekeeping staff, providing training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain high-quality standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and timely replenishment Oversee floor care operations including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of hard surfaces to preserve their appearance and longevity Enforce health and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and company policies Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment maintenance Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and procedures Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to lead a dedicated housekeeping team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
