Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hourFull-Time | 8am - 5pm | Weekend rotation required•Creative Dining Services is seeking a full time Housekeeping Inspector for the Haworth Hotel on the Hope College campus, in Holland, Michigan. The Haworth Hotel, a 48 room boutique hotel, is located at the heart of Hollands historic downtown district and Hope Colleges lively campus, welcoming people worldwide for conferences, vacation stays, meetings and moreThis role ensures guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards. Inspects rooms for compliance and helps maintain fast, efficient cleaning in line with hotel procedures.Essential Functions/Responsibilities Ensuring rooms are cleaned in a timely manner to upkeep guest satisfactionProvides inspection results and notifies cleaning personnel of inadequaciesFollows instructions from the Housekeeping SupervisorSupport to the housekeeper's staffAble to help with housekeeping duties as neededPhysical Demands/Work EnvironmentThe Support Services position involves working in a hotel/conference center environment. Must be able to perform physical work of operating laundry and floor cleaning equipment. Must be able to lift 25lb.
Education Skills - Expectations High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in a housekeeping or inspection preferred
