Head Housekeeper Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our property. Duties Assist in supervising daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety protocols Support the training and mentoring of housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, floor care, and proper use of cleaning equipment Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and service areas with attention to detail and efficiency Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests or address maintenance issues promptly Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring timely replenishment Implement industrial cleaning techniques when necessary to maintain high hygiene standards in all areas Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles, with a strong background in janitorial services and industrial cleaning techniques Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and tile maintenance Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment and safety procedures related to custodial work Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Head Housekeeper Assistant and be part of a team dedicated to creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere for every guest.
