Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support our housekeeping management team. In this vital role, you will assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by overseeing daily cleaning operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all areas meet our rigorous quality expectations. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming atmosphere and uphold our commitment to safety and excellence. Duties Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules and staff assignments Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery Oversee cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, and bed making using proper techniques and equipment Ensure proper floor care procedures are followed, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard floors Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Support the implementation of health and safety protocols related to cleaning procedures Coordinate with hotel departments to address maintenance issues or special cleaning requests Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Familiarity with housekeeping management systems and procedures Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments Energetic attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards Join us in creating memorable stays by ensuring every corner of our property shines!
