The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, hotel operations, or custodial services, and possess excellent leadership skills. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for all guests. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company policies. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while ensuring thorough cleaning. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the facility. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and custodial best practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests.
