We have a friendly, lively, and tech-forward vibe. Our guests love our personalized service, stylish design, curated seasonal cocktails, and group spaces. Both leisure and business travelers enjoy their stays with us. We're seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for leading our housekeeping department to maintain the highest cleanliness standards throughout guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a natural leader, and someone who takes pride in creating a spotless and welcoming environment for our guests. We have a very tech-forward climate, so the ability to learn, use, and teach state-of-the-art housekeeping software is a necessary qualification. This position requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, bend, twist, climb and descend stairs, flip mattresses, and be on one's feet the majority of the day. Requirements Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff in daily operations Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met Coordinate daily room assignments and track progress through Flexkeeping software. Scheduling, inventory, and ordering of housekeeping supplies Stock and inventory supply rooms on our campus. Clean rooms or public spaces as needed to support the team Ability to supervise contract employees Communicate effectively with the front desk, maintenance, and management to address guest requests and operational needs using Flexkeeping software Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation policies Coach staff on performance and assist management in evaluations and improvement plans when needed Supervise laundry operations. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience required. Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork and accountability Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols Reliable, professional, and guest-service oriented Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Benefits What We Offer Competitive pay: $20 - $22 per hour based on experience to start, with a quick transition to a salaried position after probationary period.
