Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality control procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all housekeeping operations. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members in cleaning techniques, safety protocols, customer service, and management practices. Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and laundry facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage guest requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event preparations while maintaining operational excellence. Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hospitality or hotel environment. Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and standards. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience managing laundry operations, including linen inventory control Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly preferred to ensure seamless integration into our service culture. Must be available to work weekends.
