We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to oversee the operations and employees at a facility in Stoughton, WI.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

Lead staff within the building. Ensure all work is completed by all employees. Foster a culture of teamwork, and continuous improvement Assist with cleaning resident rooms, common areas, laundry, and floor care. Interact with residents in a positive, professional manner. Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their proper usage, storage, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience. Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, patients, and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies or urgent situations as needed. High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and resident privacy. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. High regard for professionalism.

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
