In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to maintain a welcoming environment. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating cleaning activities, managing staff schedules, and upholding safety and quality protocols across all areas of the property. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure timely and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards Develop staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to prevent shortages and control costs Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial practices and industrial cleaning procedures Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any maintenance or cleanliness issues Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial best practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service standards, and hospitality industry best practices Ability to perform janitorial tasks including detailed cleaning, floor care, and equipment operation Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management or custodial services are a plus Join us in creating memorable experiences by maintaining immaculate environments that guests love!
