Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver top-quality service with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and back-of-house facilities to uphold hygiene and safety standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste Develop work schedules that maximize team productivity while maintaining flexibility for special events or peak periods Enforce safety protocols related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment operation Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any maintenance or cleanliness issues Experience Proven supervising experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning environments with a focus on housekeeping management Strong background in cleaning techniques, janitorial practices, laundry operations, and custodial services Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations Knowledge of safety regulations related to chemical use, equipment handling, and workplace safety protocols Previous experience in managing inventories of cleaning supplies and linens is preferred Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership will foster a welcoming environment that guests love.
