In this pivotal role, you will oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of our property, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will drive high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency across all areas of housekeeping operations. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures to maintain a spotless environment. Oversee all aspects of cleaning operations, including general cleaning, floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial tasks across the property. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while managing custodial procedures and equipment maintenance. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of cleaning products, equipment handling, and hospitality best practices. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure consistent quality. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resources while controlling costs. Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar hospitality environment. Strong background in cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial services. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising janitorial or housekeeping teams. Knowledge of health & safety standards related to cleaning operations. Familiarity with various cleaning tools, equipment, and environmentally friendly products. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is highly preferred.
