The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with expertise in cleaning, floor care, and hospitality. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a team effectively while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain performance standards and promote professional development. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to established protocols. Conduct regular inspections of spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
