The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure exceptional service quality, maintain cleanliness standards, and optimize operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic team while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and safety. Duties Supervise daily operations of the car wash location, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards Lead and motivate staff, providing training and support to foster a high-performance team Oversee cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure the facility remains spotless and safe for customers and employees Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and inventory supplies to meet operational demands Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health regulations to maintain a secure environment Handle customer inquiries, resolve service issues promptly, and promote positive customer experiences Monitor financial performance by tracking sales, controlling costs, and implementing process improvements Skills Proven supervising or management experience in a service or hospitality setting Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment operation Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous Ability to organize tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster teamwork, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about operational excellence and customer service within a fast-growing company.
