Housekeeping supervisor

We're looking for a dependable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to serve in a dual role as both Head Housekeeping and Housekeeping Attendant . This position combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on cleaning duties, requiring someone who can guide the team while also actively participating in daily housekeeping operations. You'll help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and hospitality standards in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support housekeeping staff, ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned to hotel standards. Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms, making beds, and sanitizing bathrooms as needed. Assign tasks and manage room schedules to ensure timely completion of all assignments. Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company expectations. Monitor inventory and restock supplies such as linens, towels, and guest amenities. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and guest requests promptly. Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines. Skills & Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience in a hotel setting preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift. Pay:
