Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Train and mentor cleaning staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies Develop cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet operational deadlines Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and equipment to prevent shortages and control costs Enforce health and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and company policies Address any issues or complaints promptly, providing solutions that uphold quality standards Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services, with a strong emphasis on supervisory roles Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, hotel housekeeping management, or hospitality industry standards is highly desirable Experience with laundry operations and hospital or healthcare facility cleaning is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop schedules and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills to train staff, conduct inspections, and coordinate with management A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction Join us as a Lead Cleaning Tech where your expertise will shine!
