Requirements:

Must possess, at minimum, a 10th grade education Ability to speak and write English Leadership qualities Housekeeping experience Ability to relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances Must successfully complete thorough background screen Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position Housekeeping Supervisor -

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assign tasks to the housekeeping team Take responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of the facility Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions in accordance with daily work assignments and established procedures Clean, wash, sanitize, and polish furnishings Clean floors and bathrooms as necessary and directed Spot check assigned vacant rooms and clean as needed Follow established safety and infection control practices when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies Clean work and supply carts and equipment as necessary Attend departmental and staff meetings, in-service educational classes, and on-the-job training programs as scheduled Looking forward to welcoming you to our Housekeeping Team!
