This pivotal role involves overseeing all cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and protocols to ensure consistent quality across all areas Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote professional growth and high performance Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement needs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to janitorial and industrial cleaning practices Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and encouraging open communication Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial leadership roles with a strong background in cleaning and floor care Extensive knowledge of hospitality standards, janitorial techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial best practices Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop schedules, manage inventories, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills to train staff clearly and interact professionally with guests and management Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with hotel or hospitality industry operations is highly preferred Join us in creating an inviting environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
