Hotel Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

Overview:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping employees and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.

Responsibilities:

Conduct multiple physical inspections of hotel rooms, suites, guest common areas and employee areas Supervise housekeeping employees Assist hotel guest with inquires and or problem resolution Assign work to Room Attendants and train associates in housekeeping duties; may perform cleaning duties Write requisitions for room supplies and furniture renovation or replacements Examine carpets, drapes and furniture for stains, damage, or wear

Qualifications:
