  • Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping leadership, with a focus on maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote high performance and adherence to quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budgetary constraints. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while meeting guest expectations. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Proven track record in industrial cleaning or custodial services is a plus. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment maintenance is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
