DOE Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Lead and support a dedicated housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service Maintain high standards while adapting to evolving brand expectations Train, coach, and motivate staff through a period of transformation Collaborate with management during renovations to ensure smooth operations Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure top-tier quality Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
