Approx. 20-25 Hours Per Week (With room for growth)

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday Nights (Post-Training)

We are seeking a Cleaning Tech Manager to oversee and execute office cleaning operations across Greensboro and Burlington. This is a key role in our growing janitorial business, starting with a Wednesday/Friday schedule and expanding to include Tuesday/Thursday nights shortly after training. ​The Schedule & Flexibility ​

Standard Hours:

Roughly 20-25 hours per week. ​

Required Availability:

Candidates must have an open schedule between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM to be considered. ​

Bonus Shifts:

There are frequent opportunities to pick up extra hours. If you are called to fill in outside of your standard shifts, you will receive bonus pay. ​Key Responsibilities ​

Commercial Cleaning:

Perform high-standard office maintenance, including trash collection, dusting, and cleaning glass entrance doors. ​

Supervision:

Ensure all assigned sites in Greensboro and Burlington meet our professional cleanliness standards. ​

Rapid Response:

Utilize your open availability to fill in for team members when necessary to ensure 100% client satisfaction. ​Requirements ​

Experience:

Must have previous commercial office cleaning experience. We are looking for someone who knows the industry standards and "tricks of the trade." ​

Open Availability:

You must be available between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM to handle training, core shifts, and on-call needs. ​

Reliable Transportation:

You must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel between various office buildings. ​
