In this role you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with all customers, prepare budgets, and train staff members. What you'll do: Interview, select, hire, train, coach, counsel and discharge employees in accordance with company policy and procedure. Manage all activities related to the housekeeping and EVS departments. Develop budgets, policy and procedure manuals, and training programs. Direct the resolution of complaints generated by residents, families, and other departments. Communicate with residents, families, and other departments regularly to resolve resident concerns and issues. Recommend and coordinate the need for replacement and refurbishing of furnishings, window treatments, etc. Complete quarterly inspections of all facilities. What you'll need: 8+ years of housekeeping and EVS experience 3 + years of management experience. Bilingual- English/ Spanish (preferred) Certified Housekeeping Executive (preferred)

Compensation:

$69,000 - $75,000 (Annually) Still curious about what Givens is all about?
