In this vital role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Your proactive management will create a welcoming environment that delights guests and supports a motivated, efficient housekeeping team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead with energy and passion in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning services across all areas of the property. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures to maintain consistent quality. Oversee laundry operations, ensuring linens, towels, and uniforms are properly cleaned and maintained. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize efficiency and cost control. Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed. Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team. Extensive janitorial experience including commercial cleaning practices and laundry operations. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, hospitality best practices, and safety regulations. Demonstrated leadership in managing cleaning schedules, inventory control, and quality assurance processes. Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and coordinate with other departments.
