  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Inspector and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will oversee the quality of housekeeping services, ensure compliance with cleanliness protocols, and lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Your keen eye for detail and leadership skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards Supervise housekeeping staff by providing guidance, training, and feedback to maintain high-quality service delivery Monitor cleaning procedures including janitorial tasks, laundry operations, and custodial responsibilities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Identify areas for improvement in cleaning processes and implement corrective actions promptly Maintain detailed records of inspections, cleaning schedules, and maintenance issues to support operational excellence Collaborate with management to develop and enforce cleaning protocols that meet health and safety regulations Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resource utilization Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards Supervising or leadership experience within a hotel or hospitality setting is highly desirable Knowledge of laundry operations and janitorial procedures to ensure comprehensive cleanliness standards Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and management seamlessly A proactive attitude with a passion for maintaining pristine environments and delivering exceptional guest experiences Join us in creating inviting spaces where cleanliness meets excellence!
