In this vital role, you will ensure that guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help create a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and passionate about maintaining pristine room conditions while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to verify cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation. Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution. Verify that all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked and in excellent condition before guest check-in. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to communicate inspection results and coordinate cleaning schedules. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards and infection control procedures. Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance requests, and any incidents or discrepancies found during rounds. Assist in training new team members on inspection procedures and quality standards to uphold service excellence. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on room or facility inspections. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot even minor issues quickly. Familiarity with hotel operations, housekeeping management, or custodial services is highly desirable. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Good physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting during inspections. Exceptional communication skills to document findings clearly and coordinate with staff efficiently.
