Housekeeping Inspector - Seasonal

Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help ensure our vacation rental properties are clean, well-presented, and guest-ready before every arrival. This role performs inspections after homes are cleaned and identifies any issues. What You'll Do Inspect vacation rental homes after cleaning and before guest check-in Ensure kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas meet company cleanliness standards Verify linens, towels, and guest supplies are properly stocked Identify cleaning deficiencies and coordinate corrections with housekeeping teams Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items Document inspection results using company systems Reinspect homes when necessary to confirm corrections Ensure properties are staged and guest-ready What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections per day Good communication skills and teamwork Basic comfort using mobile apps or property management software Valid driver's license and insurance Dependable personal vehicle to move from property to property (mileage is reimbursed) Weekends are required Must be 18 years or older due to OSHA restrictions
