Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Executive Housekeeper / Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will lead housekeeping operations, oversee laundry services, and ensure that every corner of our facility reflects excellence. Your proactive approach will create a welcoming environment for guests and support a smooth, efficient operation. Duties Supervise daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards. Manage laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and uniforms efficiently. Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleaning, safety, and customer service. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with other departments to address special requests or maintenance issues promptly. Implement cleaning schedules using industrial cleaning equipment for floors, carpets, and upholstery to maintain pristine environments. Maintain detailed records of cleaning supplies, laundry inventory, and maintenance reports to optimize operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and standards. Experience in laundry operations within a hospitality or industrial setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with custodial management practices and industrial cleaning equipment. Prior supervisory or management experience in housecleaning or hospitality environments is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A background in hospitality or related fields that demonstrates dedication to creating exceptional guest experiences.
