Environmental Services Director

Job Summary:

Ensures the Healthcare Center is clean, and presents an inviting, home-like environment. Manages the housekeeping and laundry departments. Maintains cleaning and floor care schedules using building engines, electronic facility management system.

Prepares orders and dispenses supplies-based on inventory, need and budget. Maintains safeguards for the care storage and use of supplies, equipment and linen. Ensures patient rooms are prepared for new admissions. Promotes safety and infection control practices. Is knowledgeable of and manages the state survey process, responding in an appropriate and timely manager. Perform other duties as necessary for the successful operation of the center.
