Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Laundry:
Assist the Housekeeping department in collecting soiled linen and towels from rooms and distributing clean linen and towels. Wash, dry, and fold linen and towels. Monitor/replenish chemicals used in laundry equipment. Clean dryer lint traps after every use to prevent risk of fire.
Inspector:
Perform inspections once cleaned by Housekeeping to ensure they meet cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance tasks or issues. Assist the Housekeeping department with changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting. Report cases of property damage to Supervisor. Oversee a team of Housekeepers and House Persons. Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order. Maintain a stock of supplies that the cleaners may need (HVAC filters, remote batteries, light-bulbs, etc.) Handle low level maintenance repairs during inspections to offset maintenance team. Assist office with any cleaning complaints that arise. Filter cleaner requests and complaints to Supervisor. Ensure all units are cleaned, ready, and inspected by check-in time. Adhere to all safety, security, and company procedures and policies. Maintain quality standards and expectations. Report all lost and found items to your immediate supervisor.•-BACKGROUND
CHECK & DRUG TEST REQUIRED
•Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in the English language Ability to work flexible schedule. Saturday & Sundays are required• Knowledgeable of housekeeping cleaning processes and safety hazards/best practices.
Mobility & Stamina:
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods, move between units efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Lifting & Carrying:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. , including linens, cleaning supplies, and small furniture items.
Bending & Reaching:
Frequent bending, kneeling, stretching, and reaching to clean under furniture, make beds, and wipe surfaces.
Climbing:
Occasional use of small step stools to reach high surfaces.
Dexterity & Grip Strength:
Ability to hold, spray, and use cleaning tools and equipment for extended periods.
Environmental Conditions:
Must be comfortable working indoors and occasionally outdoors when accessing units.
