Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector

Housekeeper, Supervisor/Inspector Looking for a professional who will monitor the work activities of housekeeping personnel to ensure that they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests. Will also be responsible for inspecting rooms that have been cleaned to insure that they meet the standards of the hotel and meet guest expectations, and will be required to clean rooms as needed. The Housekeeping Manager is critical in maintaining cleanliness and enhancing guest experiences in hotels. Housekeeping Managers oversee staff, inspect facilities, manage inventory, and handle guest requests. Attention to detail, leadership, time management, and effective communication are crucial for success.

Supervise Housekeeping Staff:

Lead your team of room attendants and housekeeping supervisors to consistently meet the highest cleanliness standards.

Inspect Rooms and Facilities:

Conduct regular checks to ensure every room and facility is immaculate and well-maintained, contributing to top-notch guest service.

Manage Inventory:

Keep a close eye on supplies and equipment like cleaning products, ensuring the housekeeping department is always stocked and ready for any task.

Handle Guest Requests:

Efficiently tackle special cleaning requests or issues from guests, ensuring their experience is flawless.

Train New Employees:

Mentor new hotel hires in the housekeeping department to ensure they uphold the same high standards, making them valuable assets to the team. Coordinate with

Work closely with the Assistant General Manager, Maintenance, and Front Desk to ensure seamless hotel operations. Report on Operations of the
