You will work closely with Room Attendants, providing guidance and support to help maintain consistency and excellence throughout the department. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working within established procedures, and finds satisfaction in ensuring every detail is correct. What You'll Do Inspect guest rooms to verify cleanliness and readiness for arriving guests. Identify areas requiring correction and communicate expectations clearly and respectfully. Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained throughout the hotel. Assist in training and coaching new Room Attendants on proper cleaning procedures. Verify that guest supplies and amenities are properly stocked and presented. Report maintenance concerns promptly and accurately. Monitor housekeeping carts, linen areas, and storage spaces to ensure organization and compliance with standards. Support the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are completed efficiently without sacrificing quality. Complete required inspection documentation accurately and thoroughly. What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established procedures. Reliability, consistency, and accountability. A desire to help others succeed through support and guidance. Comfort working independently while collaborating with the housekeeping team. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
