Job Description

Role Summary The Property Standards & Housekeeping Manager ensures every Oasis property meets our elevated cleanliness, presentation, and guest‑readiness standards. This role oversees cleaning teams, inspections, linens, inventory, and operational quality while serving as the primary point of contact for property standards across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Leadership Coordinate and manage all cleaning teams and schedules. Review and approve cleaning invoices; follow up when necessary. Monitor cleaner performance and implement accountability Research and interview potential cleaners, interns, and contractors Property Standards & Inspections Conduct weekly property inspections, deep‑clean inspections, and off‑season walkthroughs Conduct walkthroughs to determine guest‑readiness Act as the primary contact for all property inspections, including third‑party inspectors Write property assessment reports for new properties and seasonal reviews Assist and be present for property photo shoots to ensure brand‑aligned presentation Coordinate with maintenance on issues and assessments for new properties Linen, Inventory & Guest Experience Oversee linen inventory, quality control, and replacements Conduct quality control checks of current linens for Oasis properties Create linen invoicing Manage guest gift inventory, property stock, and bundling Research and coordinate guest gift pricing Research supply pricing and match vendor options Operational Systems & Documentation Maintain SOPs, operational filing, and property assessment reports Create and manage property checklists and inventory lists Handle administrative tasks including contractor agreements, website consistency checks, FAQs, and physical file maintenance Deep Cleans & Coordination Coordinate deep cleans between cleaners and owners Owner & Guest Communication Communicate with owners via letter or email regarding property standards Be available/on‑call for property‑standards issues, carrying an Oasis‑issued phone and working/on‑call on weekends as needed Coordinate and execute timely resolutions for guest‑related property concerns

From $18.00 per hour
