Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this energetic and fast-paced role, you will support the executive housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that every guest room and public area reflects our commitment to excellence. Duties Assist the executive housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping activities across all hotel areas, including guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met or exceeded Coordinate cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maximize efficiency and quality Conduct inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance Support the implementation of industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial best practices to maintain high standards of cleanliness Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and floor care techniques Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing housekeeping teams or custodial staff Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest service excellence and safety regulations Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment, janitorial supplies, and maintenance protocols Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and coordinate with other departments Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating a pristine environment that delights guests at every turn!
