Courtyard by Marriott WinstonSalem/University - 3111 University Parkway Winston Salem, NC 27105 Position Summary Manage housekeeping department to ensure high guest service and satisfaction; ensure compliance with standards and lead staff through training and coaching. Strong focus on accountability, inspection quality, team leadership, and labor management. Must be able to maintain brand cleanliness standards while controlling overtime and driving consistent performance. Key Responsibilities Assist with annual budgeting. Schedule staff. Order and receive supplies. Conduct inventories. Communicate with department heads. Maintain key security. Manage lost & found. Oversee HR functions. Maintain communication programs. Perform duties of attendants/inspectors as needed. Report safety issues. Maintain clean work area. Perform other duties as directed. Qualifications 5+ years experience. Effective communication. Business operations knowledge. Weekend/holiday availability. Computer skills. Adhere to environmental sustainability practices, including proper disposal of materials and energy-efficient procedures.
