In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our property. Your energetic approach will ensure that every room and public space reflects our commitment to excellence, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and uphold our reputation for exceptional hospitality service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment Conduct detailed inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards Manage floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces Coordinate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and address special cleaning requests or issues promptly Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold a high standard of hospitality Utilize janitorial and industrial cleaning supplies effectively while adhering to safety protocols Assist in training new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and inspection standards Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hotel cleaning roles with a strong understanding of hospitality standards Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices to ensure efficient operations Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough inspections and identify areas needing improvement Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and exceptional service!
