Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and manage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will keep our hotel spotless, organized, and welcoming for every guest who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping staff, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial teams Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain cleanliness standards across all hotel areas Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure quality standards are met Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce waste Enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for staff and guests Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality settings Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team Extensive janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices Experience with laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards in hospitality environments Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high performance Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Join us as a Head Housekeeper and play a key role in creating memorable stays for our guests!
